2. Orders & Verification
Each order is treated as a bespoke request. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email; however, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your formulation has been dispatched from our studio.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Our commitment to transparency dictates the following payment conditions:
- 01.Cash on Delivery (COD): A mandatory 4% COD surcharge on the order subtotal is applied to all deliveries opting for this method to cover specialized handling.
- 02.Bank Transfer: We require 100% advance payment for all orders processed via direct bank transfer. Formulation preparation begins only upon confirmation of funds.
4. Shipping & Handling
Noyra partners with premium couriers to ensure your tactile manuscript arrives in pristine condition. While we strive for expediency, delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, including customs processing for international shipments.
5. Product Integrity
Our formulations are created in small batches using high-potency botanicals. Variations in color or scent are a hallmark of natural ingredients and do not constitute a defect. We provide detailed ingredient registries for your review to ensure compatibility with your skin's unique needs.
6. Returns & Exchanges
